Our Background

Since 2007, we have been providing onsite and carry-in servicing and repair of the VBM DomoBar Super/Junior/Giotto/Expobar/Isomac/La Scala Butterfly.

If you have purchased a machine from Highlander Coffee and the warranty period has expired, there will be a chargeable fee if repair and service have been successfully performed onsite. If it is within the warranty period there will be no charges (unless due to mishandling) if repair and service have been successfully performed onsite or carry-in.


Carry-in Repair and Service

Repair charge is between $120 onwards (subjected to GST). Cost of replacement parts will be quoted and added to the repair charges separately before you agree to the repair.

If you do not wish to proceed with the repair assessment charges = $30 (subjected to GST).


Onsite Repair and Service (Mainland Singapore)

Repair charges is between $150 onwards (subjected to GST). Cost of replacement parts will be quoted and added to the repair charges separately before you agree to the repair.

If you do not wish to proceed with the repair assessment charges = $60 (subjected to GST).
